What are the benefits of visiting the countryside?
Sometimes we all need to relax and it is best to do in the nature. Visiting the countryside and walking through the beautiful nature is proved to help us to relax, gather all the thoughts together and walking there just helps us do some activity. In the countryside there is fresh air, a lot of trees and greens. You can just escape the city life here.

Hi Jules,
You asked about our summer holiday plans. Well, we’re going to rent a boat in Turkey and spend two weeks sailing along the coast. I’ve never sailed before, so I think I will have a couple of lessons before we go. They have courses near here at the sailing club in Portsmouth, so I will go there. But the other people we are going with are all experienced sailors, so I’m pretty sure we won’t have any problems. I guess they will do most of the sailing and I will help a little when needed. Anyway, I’m really looking forward to it — I think it will be fun. What about your holidays? Are you going to do anything this summer?
See you soon,
Denis
