What do you think are essential qualities for finding a job at the moment and why?

I think the essentials for finding a job are being a convinient, dedicated, hard-working person with good social skills.

Do you think it’s important to plan for the future. Why/why not?

I think its necessary to plan some important things in life at some point, for example, what profession you will choose. But otherwise, I don’t think you should be planning all your life, because you just need to live in the moment and sometimes see what happens. When you plan everything and something goes wrong, you become dissapointed. But I think when you just live without excessive planning, everything becomes a little win for you.
