Causes of stress

Stress is a normal and nececcary part of life, but every person’s stress can differ from others’s. For example, if something happens not how you planned it, some people stress very bad because of it, and some just find it an aportunity to do something more useful and fun.

There are many causes of stress, but some are more common than others. The causes are — financial problems, minor inconvience, work, relationship, parenting.

Financial problems. Financial problems are very common in our society, and most of the time the stress around it even causes health problems, such as headaches, insomnia, pain in some areas.
Examples of financial stress:
— People arguing about money
— Feeling guilty when spending money
— Avoiding calls and messages because of the fear of dealing with overdue bills and creditors
— Worriing about how to spend it (bills, saving for future)

Work. Work stress affects personal life and health. It’s caused by a mix of things, like working too much and personal issues. When work is put before everything else, it can harm relationships and health. It can make you feel really anxious and unhappy. It can also lead to physical problems like high blood pressure and heart issues.
Examples of work stress:
— Having no creativity, initiative and interest
— Drops in work performance
— Problems with personal relationships
— Isolation

Minor inconvience. Everyday there are small annoyances we encounter. They can include things like misplacing keys, running late, or forgetting important items when leaving home. These are typically minor problems, but when they happen frequently, they can lead to anxiety and have negative effects on our physical and mental health.
The stress of being very busy is becoming common. Nowadays, people have busier schedules than ever, for example having two jobs, and this can add to their stress levels.

Relationships. People in our lives, like family, friends, partners, or co-workers, can sometimes cause us stress, too. These people who create stress can affect our physical and mental health.
Romantic relationships can have many reasons for stress. When couples are under constant pressure, it can cause their relationship to have problems or even end.
Examples of relationship stress:
— Being too busy to spend time with eachother
— Not having communication
— Controlling relationship

In conclusion, stress comes from different things like daily annoyances, relationships, or busy lives. It’s important to know what causes our stress and how it affects us. We can learn how to deal with stress and control it, which will lead to a better and healthier life.

  • Stop for a minute. Perhaps you felt you couldn’t spare the timeto go for a run yesterday? But if you stopped and really thought about it, you’d see it was much more important than many of the things you did manage to do.
  • Think ahead. Plan for the future and you will succeed in achieving your goals.
  • Never buy things on impulse. Go home and think about it. If you really like it, you can still buy it tomorrow, or next week.
  • Spend time with people who are able to resist temptation themselves. Pick up some valuable lessons by observing someone whose patience you admire.
